儲(chǔ) 存 液0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.

保存條件Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

檢測(cè)任何目的靶蛋白都有不止一種抗體可供選擇，為縮小抗體的選擇范圍選中合適的抗體，需要考慮如下幾種因素：

（1） 分析或應(yīng)用的類(lèi)型

（2）樣本蛋白的結(jié)構(gòu)性質(zhì)

（3）樣本的種屬

（4）抗體宿主的種類(lèi)

（5）抗體的標(biāo)記和檢測(cè)

1 STAT1抗體分析試驗(yàn)的應(yīng)用類(lèi)型一般抗體說(shuō)明書(shū)都列出該抗體經(jīng)試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證過(guò)適用于何種分析類(lèi)型，如：

可以應(yīng)用于WB IHC ICC ELASA 分析等，如果抗體說(shuō)明書(shū)沒(méi)有提及的應(yīng)用類(lèi)型，并不意味著該抗體不適用于此種分析應(yīng)用類(lèi)型，而僅是說(shuō)明尚未經(jīng)過(guò)此種分析試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證，如果抗體不適用某些分析試驗(yàn)，則會(huì)在抗體說(shuō)明書(shū)上標(biāo)注出來(lái)不適于某分析試驗(yàn)。

2 樣本蛋白的結(jié)構(gòu)性質(zhì)了解樣本蛋白的結(jié)構(gòu)性質(zhì)有助于選擇*合適的抗體，至少需要考慮兩方面因素

(1)..待測(cè)樣本蛋白的結(jié)構(gòu)域：抗體是由各種不同**原**宿主而制備得來(lái)，其中的**原包括：全長(zhǎng)蛋白、蛋白片斷、多肽、全有機(jī)體（如：**）或細(xì)胞，STAT1抗體說(shuō)明書(shū)一般都有**原的描述，如果打算檢測(cè)的是蛋白片斷或一種特殊的同型物或蛋白全長(zhǎng)的某一區(qū)域，則必須選擇用含此片段域的**原制備出的抗體。如果打算用FACS 流式檢測(cè)活細(xì)胞的表面蛋白，則需要選擇含該表面蛋白的胞外域來(lái)**制備的抗體。

二抗的選擇 二抗應(yīng)選用與使用的一抗相同的物種來(lái)源，例如：如果你的一抗是小鼠的單克隆抗體，二抗則選抗小鼠的二抗anti-mouse secondary。建議檢查二抗說(shuō)明書(shū)確保該抗體適用于你的檢測(cè)應(yīng)用， 二抗一般連接熒光素FITC 或發(fā)光團(tuán)。
