CREB-GFP報告基因是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測CRE轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。CRE(cAMP-response element binding protein)是一種細(xì)胞核內(nèi)調(diào)控因子，它通過自身磷酸化實現(xiàn)調(diào)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)錄的功能，影響胎兒T細(xì)胞的發(fā)育、細(xì)胞的生存和學(xué)習(xí)記憶分子神經(jīng)機制的相關(guān)功能。
CREB-GFP報告基因主要用于檢測細(xì)胞中cAMP/PKA信號通路、**研究、基因過表達(dá)和RNAi的表型分析等。
pGMCRE-GFP是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達(dá)載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個CRE結(jié)合位點，可以高效地檢測CRE的激活水平。由于載體采用了GFP作為報告基因，更便于后續(xù)的檢測。同時，對載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔儯黾恿速|(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。另外，由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得CRE-GFP報告基因更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。CREB GFP Reporter Plasmid（CREB-GFP報告基因質(zhì)粒）

使用說明
pGMCREB-GFP可以采用常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)染方法轉(zhuǎn)染哺乳動物細(xì)胞。
