產(chǎn)品描述
HIF1-GFP報(bào)告基因是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測HIF1轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報(bào)告基因。HIF-1(hypoxia-inducible factor-1)是氧平衡有關(guān)的關(guān)鍵蛋白并且在癌癥的發(fā)展，以及在心血管**中有著顯著作用。
HIF1-GFP報(bào)告基因主要用于檢測細(xì)胞中Hypoxia信號(hào)通路、**研究以及基因過表達(dá)和RNAi的表型分析等。
pGMHIF1-GFP是改造后的哺乳動(dòng)物真核表達(dá)載體，在其多克隆位點(diǎn)插入了多個(gè)HIF1結(jié)合位點(diǎn)，可以高效地檢測HIF1的激活水平。由于載體采用了GFP作為報(bào)告基因，更便于后續(xù)的檢測。同時(shí)，對載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔?，增加了質(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。另外，由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得HIF1-GFP報(bào)告基因更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。HIF-1 GFP Reporter Plasmid（HIF-1-GFP報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒）
