GRE-GFP報告基因是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測glucocorticoid receptor轉錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。GR（glucocorticoid receptor)調控的糖皮質類固醇是強有力的**介質，并對心血管、新陳代謝、**和體內平衡功能進行調節(jié)或維持。
GRE-GFP報告基因主要應用于糖皮質**介導的信號途徑(glucocorticoid-mediated signaling pathway)的激活水平研究、**研究以及基因過表達和RNAi表型分析等。
pGMGRE-GFP是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個GR結合位點，可以高效地檢測GR的激活水平。由于載體采用了GFP作為報告基因，更便于后續(xù)的檢測。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉錄因子以外的結合位點進行了適當?shù)耐蛔儯黾恿速|粒的轉錄因子結合特異性。另外，由于質粒體積減小，使得GRE-GFP報告基因更易于轉染。GRE GFP Reporter Plasmid（GRE-GFP報告基因質粒）

使用說明
pGMGRE-GFP可以采用常規(guī)轉染方法轉染哺乳動物細胞。
