產(chǎn)品描述
SREBP GFP Reporter Plasmid是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測SREBP轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。SREBP(Sterol-regulatory element binding proteins)主要是脂類代謝的調(diào)節(jié)者。SREBP的調(diào)節(jié)失控可能會引起一些代謝性**，如肥胖、二型糖尿病、心血管**和脂肪肝等。
SREBP-GFP報告基因主要用于檢測Sterol Response信號通路中SREBP的轉(zhuǎn)錄活性、**研究以及過表達基因和RNAi的表型分析等。
pGMSREBP-GFP是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個SREBP結(jié)合位點，可以高效地檢測SREBP的激活水平。由于載體采用了GFP作為報告基因，更便于后續(xù)的檢測。同時，對載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點進行了適當?shù)耐蛔儯黾恿速|(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。另外，由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得SREBP-GFP報告基因更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。SREBP GFP Reporter Plasmid（SREBP-GFP報告基因質(zhì)粒）

使用說明
pGMSREBP -GFP可以采用常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)染方法轉(zhuǎn)染哺乳動物細胞。
