NF-κB-GFP報告基因是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測NFκB轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。 NF-κB基因在炎癥反應(yīng)、**應(yīng)答和抑制細胞凋亡等方面有著重要的作用。
NF-κB-GFP報告基因主要應(yīng)用于NF-κB信號通路的研究和基于NF-κB信號通路的**研究以及癌細胞中NF-KB的調(diào)控機制的研究。
pGMNF-ΚB-GFP是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個NF-κB結(jié)合位點，可以高效地檢測NF-κB的激活水平。由于載體采用了GFP作為報告基因，更便于后續(xù)的檢測。同時，對載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點進行了適當?shù)耐蛔儯黾恿速|(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。另外，由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得NF-κB-GFP報告基因更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。NF-κB GFP Reporter Plasmid（NF-κB-GFP報告基因質(zhì)粒）

使用說明
pGMNF-κB -GFP可以采用常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)染方法轉(zhuǎn)染哺乳動物細胞。
TNF-α、IL-1β和LPS等是常見的NF-κB激活劑，可作為NF-κB報告基因的陽性對照。
