ARE熒光素酶報告基因(報告基因質粒)(ARE luciferase reporter plasimd)是自主研發的用于檢測ARE轉錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。ARE(antioxidant response element) 與Nrf2和NRF1轉錄因子結合,調節參與保護細胞免受氧化損傷的相關基因。
ARE報告基因主要應用于檢測細胞的抗氧化水平或氧化應激狀態、**研究以及基因過表達和RNAi的表型分析等。
pGMARE-Lu是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體,在其多克隆位點插入了多個ARE結合位點,可以高靈敏度地檢測ARE的激活水平。同時,對載體中預測出的其它轉錄因子以外的結合位點進行了適當的突變,增加了質粒的轉錄因子結合特異性。由于質粒體積減小,使得ARE報告基因更易于轉染。ARE luciferase reporter plasmid (ARE-Luc熒光素酶報告基因質粒)

使用說明
pGMARE-Lu可以采用常規轉染方法轉染哺乳動物細胞。用熒光素酶檢測試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測試劑盒進行檢測。
