EGR1熒光素酶報告基因（報告基因質(zhì)粒）（EGR1 luciferase reporter plasimd）是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測EGR1轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。早期生長反應(yīng)基因1(early growth response gene 1 , EGR1) 為早期生長反應(yīng)基因家族重要成員，其蛋白產(chǎn)物是一個59KD的鋅指樣轉(zhuǎn)錄因子。EGR1的目的基因是分化和有絲分裂所必須的。

ERG1報告基因主要檢測細(xì)胞中ERG1的活性、**研究以及基因過表達(dá)和RNAi的表型分析等。

pGMEGR1-Lu是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達(dá)載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個EGR1結(jié)合位點，可以高靈敏度地檢測EGR1的激活水平。同時，對載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔儯黾恿速|(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得EGR1報告基因質(zhì)粒更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。EGR1 luciferase reporter plasmid （EGR1-Luc熒光素酶報告基因質(zhì)粒）

使用說明
