FOXO熒光素酶報告基因（報告基因質粒）（FOXO luciferase reporter plasimd）是自主研發的用于檢測FOXO轉錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。FOXO轉錄因子家族包括Foxo1,Foxo4,Foxo3a, Foxo6等，它們主要功能包括調節炎癥相關細胞的平衡，通過多種不同的信號轉導途徑參與細胞周期停滯、細胞凋亡和抗氧化應激等**相關調節，還在物質代謝等方面也發揮重要作用。

FOXO報告基因主要用于檢測細胞中PI3K/AKT信號通路的活性和FOXO轉錄因子的轉錄活性、**研究以及基因過表達和RNAi的表型分析等。

pGMFOXO-Lu是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個FOXO結合位點，可以高靈敏度地檢測FOXO的激活水平。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉錄因子以外的結合位點進行了適當的突變，增加了質粒的轉錄因子結合特異性。由于質粒體積減小，使得FOXO報告基因質粒更易于轉染。FOXO luciferase reporter plasmid （FOXO-Luc熒光素酶報告基因質粒）

使用說明
