產品描述

STAT3-Luc熒光素酶報告質粒(報告基因質粒)(STAT3 luciferase reporter plasmid是自主研發的用于檢測STAT3轉錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。STAT3(signal transducers and activators of transduction-3)報告基因與多種惡性腫瘤的發生、發展和侵襲轉移關系密切。

STAT3報告基因主要用于監控細胞內的STAT3轉錄活性、腫瘤****的研發以及基因過表達和RNAi的表型分析等。

pGMSTAT3-Lu是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體,在其多克隆位點插入了多個STAT3結合位點,可以高靈敏度地檢測STAT3的激活水平。同時,對載體中預測出的其它轉錄因子以外的結合位點進行了適當的突變,增加了質粒的轉錄因子結合特異性。由于質粒體積減小,使得STAT3報告基因更易于轉染。STAT3 luciferase reporter plasmid (STAT3螢火蟲熒光素酶報告基因質粒)
